Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Local Pickup: Free - Available at our location
- Local Delivery: Rates calculated at checkout based on your location
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Canada. Local pickup and delivery options are available for customers in our service area.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that some items, particularly balloons and oversized decorations, may have special shipping requirements or restrictions. We will contact you if any issues arise with your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at your convenience. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada. International shipping is not available.
